Platform Control Intelligence (PCI) is an enterprise-grade AI operations platform designed to centralize the management of artificial intelligence systems, technical infrastructure, and operational projects within a single unified environment. Built as a "Single Pane of Glass," the platform provides comprehensive visibility into AI assets, infrastructure health, project progress, and operational performance through an intuitive web-based interface.

The platform eliminates the need for disconnected dashboards, spreadsheets, and manual tracking by consolidating infrastructure monitoring, AI model lifecycle management, project coordination, and team collaboration into one integrated system. Real-time analytics, intelligent dashboards, and automated alerts enable organizations to monitor operations proactively and make faster, data-driven decisions.

My Role

I independently conceived, designed, architected, and developed the platform from the ground up. My responsibilities included enterprise architecture, backend and frontend development, dashboard design, infrastructure monitoring integration, AI operations management, workflow automation, role-based security, database design, API development, system optimization, testing, and deployment. I engineered the platform to deliver a scalable, enterprise-ready command center for managing AI operations and organizational infrastructure.
