I designed and developed the Platform Control Intelligence – CENTER AI RTA as a centralized control system for managing all artificial intelligence assets and the technical infrastructure of the organization in one unified platform, instead of relying on fragmented tools and separate spreadsheets.

System Overview

The platform is built as an enterprise control system (Single Pane of Glass) that enables real-time infrastructure monitoring, AI model lifecycle management, project tracking, and team coordination within a unified environment.

Problem It Solves

Before this system, infrastructure status, AI models, and project tracking were distributed across multiple disconnected tools such as dashboards, spreadsheets, and communication channels. This created a lack of visibility and delayed decision-making. The platform eliminates this fragmentation by providing a unified operational view.
